The PDP 11 had a database with all the technological equipment in the plant, and CP/M microcomputers were able to make engineering drawings and calculations. The network was used to help engineers to manage and control efficiently production and quickly change production schedule according to client requests. Bunel Moise had a major contribution in the creation and later in development of the City IT infrastructure based on **Microsoft NT** servers and **Novell PC Networks**. But as the economic crisis after the Fall of Berlin Wall hit Romania he had to offer his services on the international market and started new projects in Middle East. \\ \\
